For instance when you go to your carpeting upstairs that you currently having problems with, you are able to lower the suction power, so you're not having to do an aerobic workout, fighting with your vacuum cleaner! At the same time, you may also increase the suction power when going to any bare surface floors, or above the floor cleaning. The German engineered system, actually locks the hose into place at the bottom of the vacuum cleaner, in a perfect position so that the vacuum doesn't tip over, or fall when you're using the hose attachment.
