GCash:
- Open the GCash app with a fully registered profile
- Click on Cash-In.
- Select Remittance and choose Western Union.
- Enter the MTCN shared by your sender, and the amount you are expected to receive.
- Check and verify that the details you have provided are correct.
- You will receive a message on the app followed by a text notification confirming that your money transfer is completed.

PayMaya:
- Open your PayMaya app with a fully registered profile.
- Click on Add Money at the top of your screen.
- Select Western Union from the list of Add Money Partners.
- Enter the MTCN shared by your sender.
- Verify the details you have provided and then click on Receive on the Confirmation screen.
- You will receive an in-app and SMS confirmation of the successful receipt of your money transfer.

Coins.ph:
- Open the Coins.ph app with a fully registered profile.
- Tap Cash In.
- Select Western Union.
- Enter the MTCN and estimated amount shared by your sender, then tap Claim Funds.
- Check that the information you have provided is correct, then tap on Receive Funds.
- You will receive an SMS and email confirming that funds have been successfully credited to your Coins Wallet.

USSC:
- Open your USSC app with a fully registered profile
- Select Western Union
- Go to Receive tab
- Select Panalo Wallet then identify PHP or USD wallet
- Input MTCN
- One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the recipient’s mobile wallet
- Input OTP in the corresponding field to proceed
- Click Receive if all details are correct in the summary screen
