If you are a registered user of Orange mobile wallet in Senegal, you may choose to receive money directly in to your mobile wallet1 via Western Union.
To receive a transfer in your mobile wallet, you must have a fully registered profile. Check your provider’s website to learn how to register your profile.
Once you receive a transfer in your mobile wallet, you will get an SMS on your registered mobile number to confirm that funds have been deposited into your e-wallet, or to alert you about issues, if any.
Remember to ask your sender for the tracking number (MTCN) and the estimated amount sent.

Show a government-issued ID.
Get your money once your details have been verified.
