Transfers at your fingertips
You can send money online directly to the recipient’s bank account * or for cash withdrawal from a Western Union agent in minutes *. To get started with sending money online, simply follow the steps below:
If the profile is registered and verified, go to step 3.
You must verify your identity in person at one of our verification points before you can send money online.
Once done, you will receive an SMS with your tracking number (MTCN). Used to track the transfer and give only to the recipient.
You can send the money in person by following the steps below:
Give the agent your first and last name, as well as a valid official ID.
– Give the agent the name and surname of the recipient, the country of arrival and the amount to transfer.
– Choose how the recipient wants to withdraw the money: cash or directly to the bank.
Once done, you will receive a tracking number (MTCN). Use it to track the transfer and give it to the recipient only.
Your money will be ready to be withdrawn at an agency within minutes*.
