The agent will immediately process the transaction and give you a receipt with a tracking number (MTCN). Share the tracking number with your receiver so they can pick up the money*.

Once the agent has processed the transaction and given you a receipt with a tracking number (MTCN), your receiver will be able to collect the money within minutes** from participating agent locations around the world.

You’ll need your receiver’s full name (as it appears on their ID) and address, an accepted form of government-issued photo ID, and payment for the money transfer. You must also be over 18.
You can send as much money as you’d like at an agent location, although certain security and compliance requirements must be met for amounts higher than AUD $7,500.
