The purpose of this Collection Notice is to explain how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information of MyWU members and prospective members. This Collection Notice forms part of the Terms and Conditions of MyWU membership for MyWU members in Australia.

Western Union Financial Services Inc. collects personal information from MyWU members and prospective members. The personal information, which includes email, first and last name is collected when you register as a MyWU member, make transactions, earn points or use the membership benefits. This information is collected for the purpose of [sending communications related to the MyWU program and Western Union services, tracking points earned and providing myWU benefits]. If MyWU members do not permit us to collect the personal information needed by us then we are unable to provide the MyWU service and the membership may be terminated. The information may be transferred to parties, including other Western Union group companies and rewards service providers such as Tango Card Inc., in countries outside of Australia, including but not limited to the USA.
