New customers can register directly on the app for free. You will need to complete an identification verification before you can send money using the app.
If you are an existing online customer, you can use your existing login detail to access your profile on the mobile app.
New customers can register on the app in just a few minutes. You will need to verify your profile by requesting an agent visit at your home or work address after you log in to your profile. You may also get verified by providing a valid Bahrain National ID [Smart Card / CPR] at one of the NEC Agent location.
