Simply check the status of your money transfer. You will need to type in the sender’s name and the tracking number (MTCN) or call our Customer Care toll free number at 18 777 81.
You can pick up your money at any Western Union agent location. You’ll need to provide the following information:

Individuals must present their valid Kuwait Civil ID to pick up money at a Western Union agent location. Acceptability of IDs is subject to the Central Bank of Kuwait rules and regulations.
All fees are paid by the sender. Receiving money is free of charge.
