Senders must submit official, unexpired identification to complete the validation process.
In Mexico, a certificate indicating the loss of your ID will not validate you for making a money transfer.
A maximum of US $7,499 (US dollars or its equivalent in local currency) can be transferred per person per transaction or per day. The maximum transfer amount may vary according to the agent and the district.
Payments must be made in cash and in the equivalent of the local currency (Mexican pesos). Money transfers using credit and/or debit cards must be made using the WU® app.
Some transfers may require further information to fulfill compliance regulations.
