You can pick up money at any participating Agent location in the city selected by the Sender. Be sure to check the status of your money transfer using the MTCN number to be sure it is ready to pick up.

  • What documents do I need for a cash pickup?

    In general, a valid national ID or passport is acceptable. But it can differ from country to country. To avoid repeat visits, confirm the specific requirement with your agent location before leaving home.

    Log in online to your bank account if you are with one of our partner banks.

    Fill in transfer details

    Enter your sender’s details and the tracking number (MTCN), then select your transfer.

  • Receive money

    Select the account you want to deposit the money in. A receipt will appear showing if your transfer has been completed.

2. Complete the To Receive Money Form at the Agent Location

  • Sender’s name
  • Where money was sent from
  • Test question and answer (if applicable)
  • Payee must present correct money transfer control number (MTCN).

3. Present ID and Form to the Agent Clerk

  • Your completed form
  • Your government-issued ID (where applicable)

4. Receive the Money

  • The Agent clerk will check your ID
  • Sign the receipt
  • Collect your money
