Our upgraded loyalty program is coming soon​.

Here are a few things to expect:

• Our upgraded program will have new rules and a faster way to earn a reward​.
  You will earn 100 points on each completed money transfer​:
  250 points = discount reward up to 1 €​
  500 points = discount reward up to 2 €​
• We extend the validity of loyalty points.
  Points earned in the updated program will last longer – they will be valid for 24 months.
• Your My WU℠ loyalty program points will be converted into the new point system – 1  My WU point will be equal to 20 points in the updated program.
  Points conversion will start at the end of March and may take up to several days. You might experience a discrepancy in your points balance during this process. All converted points will be valid until September 30, 2024. ​
• If you have redeemed your points for a My WU discount reward…
  …that you have not yet used by end of March, it will be automatically transferred to the updated program and will be available for you to use on your next money transfer. These reward discounts will remain valid until September 30, 2024.
• The WU℠ Shop e-commerce platform will shut down as of March 15, 2024.
  Consumers with cash back balance in their wallet or a VIP subscription will be contacted individually after this date to ensure you benefit from what you’ve earned and/or receive credit for your remaining paid months of VIP membership.
• To reflect these changes, we’ll be updating our terms and conditions.
  By continuing to participate in our loyalty program, you agree that you’ve accepted these term changes, unless you inform us otherwise. In that case, you have the right to cancel your membership by notifying us in writing via france.customer@westernunion.fr
