1. Open your profile: Register or log in, then choose the “Send money” option.
2. Fill out your money transfer details: Enter the destination country and the amount you want to send.
3. Enter your receiver’s details: Once you’ve enter your receiver’s information, you can also save it for repeating transfers.
4. Pay at an agent location: Visit an agent location with a valid government-issued photo ID and pay for the transfer in cash.
5. Track your transfer: You’ll get a tracking number (MTCN) in your receipt. Use it to track your transfer and share it with your receiver only.

1. Go to an agent location: Find your nearest agent location online.
2. Provide transfer details: Provide the agent with your full name and a valid government-issued photo ID. Share with the agent your receiver’s first name and last name, the destination country, and the exact amount you wish to send.
3. Pay the transfer fee.
4. Track your transfer:  You’ll get a tracking number (MTCN) in your receipt. Use it to track your transfer and share it with your receiver only.

1. Know your receiver’s bank details. Typically, you’ll need your receiver's bank name and code, as well as their bank account number. Learn more about what bank details are needed⁴.
2. Go to an agent location. You can find your nearest one here. Make sure to bring a government-issued photo ID with you.
3. Fill out the Send Money form. Add your receiver’s bank information¹ and submit the completed form to the agent along with the money you wish to send and your ID.
4. Pay for the transfer.
5. Track your transfer. Upon successful payment, you’ll be given a receipt with your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), which you can use to track your transfer. Do not share your money transfer details with anyone except your intended receiver.
