If you don’t have our app yet, simply download it on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. New users can follow the steps to sign up with an email address. You can verify your profile using your driver’s license, passport or government-issued ID.

Choose the payout method that works for you: directly to a bank account, for cash pickup or to a mobile wallet3 based on your receiver’s country. Then, enter your receiver’s details.
3. Pay for your money transfer via credit/Visa debit card1 or with your bank account.
4. We’ll provide the tracking number for your transaction (MTCN). Share this number with your receiver to track the funds. If sending to a mobile wallet, you and your receiver will get a confirmation alert via text notification when the money is delivered.

IBAN stands for International Bank Account Number. An IBAN is a number attached to all accounts in European bank accounts. It is made up of:
• A code that identifies the country the account belongs to
• The account holder’s bank
• The account number itself
You can find the IBAN on your receiver’s bank account statement or in the bank’s online system.

BIC stands for Bank Identifier Code. This is a unique identification code for a bank that is made up of 8 or 11 characters.
You can find the BIC via a search online here: http://www.ifsccodebank.com/
You can also find the BIC printed on the receiver’s cheque or bank statement or by asking the receiver’s bank.

IFSC stands for Indian Financial System Code. This is an 11-character code used to uniquely identify every bank branch.
A bank transfer is when money is sent from one bank account to another. “Bank transfer” is typically a general term that covers a range of money transfers, including cash transfer, online money transfer and more.
BSB stands for Bank State Branch. It is a 6-digit number that identifies banks and branches in Australia.
You can find the BSB on the bank’s website or on the receiver’s bank statement.

CLABE stands for Clave Bancaria Estandarizada and is an 18-digit number that identifies individual bank accounts in Mexico.
