Your receiver can pick up your cash transfer as quick as in minutes1 at one of our agent locations in Colombia, or at any of our agent location1 around the world.
- Open your profile. Register or log in, then choose an agent and select the send money option.
- Verify your profile. If you haven‘t verified your profile, go through the verification process first to be able to send money online.
- Fill out your money transfer details. Enter the destination and amount and make sure to include your receiver’s complete information3., then choose the cash pickup option.
- Pay for the transfer. You can pay with a Giros y Finanzas savings account, any PAYU / PSE account, or with a Place to Pay associated bank account.
- Track your transfer. Upon successful payment, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number(MTCN),
- Tell your receiver. Share the tracking number (MTCN) with your receiver and let them know that the cash is ready for pick up at one of our agent locations. Do not share your money transfer details to anyone except your intended receiver.
Send money online to a bank account
You can send money directly to your receiver’s bank account.
- Open your profile. Register or log in, then choose an agent and select the send money option.
- Verify your profile. If you haven‘t verified your profile, go through the verification process first to be able to send money online.
- Fill out your money transfer details. Enter the destination and amount, make sure to include your receiver’s complete information3, then choose the bank account option.
- Pay for the transfer. You can pay with a Giros y Finanzas savings account, any PAYU / PSE account, or with a Place to Pay associated bank account.
- Track your transfer. Upon successful payment, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number (MTCN).
- Tell your receiver. Share the tracking number (MTCN) with your receiver and let them know that the money will be deposited to their bank account in the next few days depending on their bank. Do not share your money transfer details to anyone except your intended receiver.
Send money from an agent location for a cash pickup
Your receiver can pick up your cash transfer as quick as in minutes1 at one of our agent locations in Colombia, or at any of our agent location1 around the world.
- Go to an agent location. You can find your nearest one here. Make sure to bring a government-issued photo ID with you.
- Fill out the Send Money form. Give it to the agent, along with the money you wish to send and your ID.
- Pay the transfer fee.
- Track your transfer. Upon successful payment, you’ll be given a receipt with your tracking number (MTCN),
- Inform your receiver. Share the tracking number (MTCN) with your receiver and let them know that the cash is ready for pick up at one of our agent locations. Do not share your money transfer details to anyone except your intended receiver.
Send money from an agent location to a bank account
You can send money directly to your receiver’s bank account.
- Know your receiver’s bank details. Typically, you’ll need your receiver's bank name and code, as well as their bank account number. Learn more about what bank details are needed4.
- Go to an agent location. You can find your nearest one here. Make sure to bring a government-issued photo ID with you.
- Fill out the Send Money form. Make sure to include your receiver’s bank information. Then, give the completed form to the agent, along with the money you wish to send and your ID.
- Pay the transfer fee.
- Track your transfer. Upon successful payment, you’ll be given a receipt with your tracking number (MTCN). Do not share your money transfer details with anyone except your intended receiver.
