These Western Union Rewards Shop Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of Western Union Rewards Shop (“Rewards Shop”) by Western Union Rewards loyalty program (“Rewards Program”) members.

Who we are and how to contact us. Rewards portal is a site operated by members of the Western Union group (“We”) – the Western Union provider for your country is listed in the Annex A.

By using our site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our site. All benefits that we offer to the Rewards Program members are conditional upon compliance with these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions for the Western Union Rewards Program (“Rewards Terms”) located at [https://www.westernunion.com/fr/en/rewards/rewards-terms-conditions.html]. Definitions used in the Rewards Terms have the same meaning in these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise stated. 

You must keep your account details safe. You may access the Rewards Shop through your Rewards Program account. When you use Rewards Program or Rewards Shop, you must treat your security details as confidential and ensure they are not disclosed to any third party. If you know or suspect that someone else has gained access to your security details, you must notify us as soon as possible.

REWARDS SHOP

• Rewards Shop Offers. The Rewards Program may offer you exclusive deals, including but not limited to discounts, free shipping, or coupons, on third-party providers brands (“Offers”), which will be available through the Rewards Shop. We may change available partner brands or revoke availability of Offers in our sole discretion without notice. You can access Offers by signing into your Rewards Program account and opening the Rewards Shop. Depending on the partner, some Offers can be used multiple times, while others are ‘single use’ type. More details about Offers, including the expiry date, will be available in the Rewards portal.
• Third-Party Provider Terms We facilitate access to goods and/or services listed by our third-party providers in the Rewards Shop, but it’s important to note that we are not the supplier of these goods and/or services. When you a make a purchase through Rewards Shop, you enter a direct contract with the third-party merchant, not with us. Offers may be subject to the third-party merchant’s specific terms and conditions, which you can find on the third-party merchant’s website. The value of Offers varies depending on the third-party merchant, and certain exclusions may apply as outlined in the offer terms and the applicable store page. Any good and/or service purchased via the Rewards Shop is governed by the third-party merchant’s return, exchange, and shipping policies, so it is essential to review these terms carefully. Please be aware that the third-party merchants or their tracking agency has the final say regarding the redemption of discounts. While we strive to facilitate the availability of Offers, we do not guarantee the validity or availability of any specific Offer.
• Third-Party Provider and Third-Party Merchants Liability. We are not liable for any losses which you might incur in connection with any failure or breach with respect to the safety, quality or delivery of goods and services purchased via the Rewards Shop.

• Do not rely on information on this Site. The content on our site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. LIABILITY

• Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you. We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so.   Please note that we only provide our site for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our site for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

  If defective digital content that we have supplied damages a device or digital content belonging to you and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation. However, we will not be liable for damage that you could have avoided by following our advice to apply an update offered to you free of charge or for damage that was caused by you failing to correctly follow installation instructions or to have in place the minimum system requirements advised by us.

• Termination of the Rewards Shop. We may terminate the Rewards Shop or discontinue providing Offers at any time. If the Rewards Terms are terminated, these Terms and Conditions will immediately terminate.
• How we may use your personal information. To provide and perform the Program, we need to collect and process your personal data. Calls are free of charge from fixed and landline phones (however, charges for calling from mobile phone may apply depending on your mobile phone operator).
