    To send money online to Italy, simply follow these steps:

    3. Choose the method of receipt as either ‘cash’, delivery to a ‘Bank account’, or delivery to a ‘Mobile wallet’.

    What do I need to send money online to Italy?

    In order to send money online, you must have your preferred payment method as well as the details of your recipient. To send money as a cash pickup, start your transfer on our website and select ‘Cash’ as the receive method. Enter the receiver’s name and address and share the MTCN with the receiver.

    You will need the bank details of the recipient if you want to send money online to a bank account.

    To send to a mobile wallet, you will need to ensure this feature is available in the recipient’s destination country and from their mobile provider. You will then need the recipient’s name and mobile number to send this money transfer to Italy.

    How do I send money to Italy from a Western Union agent location?

    Find a nearby Western Union agent location on our app or website. At the location, complete the ‘Send money’ form and include ‘Cash pickup’ on the form if the receiver is going to collect the cash from their chosen agent location. To transfer money to a bank account in Italy, supply the receiver’s bank account information on the form, or the mobile number to send the money to their mobile wallet.
