Verify your profile

For your first money transfer, you will need to submit both the identity verification document and Individual Number verification document as instructed below. If you submit your Individual Number Card (個人番号カード) as your identity verification, you do not need Individual Number verification document.

For Japanese nationals:

  • Identity verification documents:  Japanese passport (please produce address verification documents additionally), driver’s license, Individual Number Card (個人番号カード)
  • Individual Number verification documents: My Number Card or Juminhyo with individual number (within 6 months from the date of issue)

For Foreign national migrants:

  • Identity verification document: Residence card
  • Individual number verification documents: Individual Number Card (個人番号カード) or Juminhyo with Individual Number (within 6 months from the date of issue)
