How do I receive money?

Follow these steps to receive money conveniently:

Pick up cash at a Western Union agent location.
  1. Choose a location

– Find a Western Union agent location near you with our agent locator.

  1. Provide transfer details. 

– Visit the agent location and provide your sender’s name, country, sent amount, and the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). Also show the agent your government-issued photo ID.

  1. Receive money.

– The money is available right after your details are verified. You’ll also be given a receipt.

Online banking

Get money sent directly to your GOYEE (King’s Town Bank) account.

  1. Register via the eKYC process to open a bank account with GOYEE (King’s Town Bank).
  1. Log in to the Internet Banking or King’s Town Bank mobile app.
  1. Choose “to receive money” function in Western Union section
  1. Fill in the required details (sender’s name, country, sent amount, and the MTCN- tracking number).
  1. Select your King’s Town Bank account to get the money deposited right away. After you are done, you can transfer the money to any other bank account in Taiwan.
