One ID document

• Accepted documents:
  • Passport
  • EU/EEA identity card
  • French residence permit
• Your photo ID document must be valid (not expired).

One proof of address

• Accepted documents:
  • Utility bill
  • Gas bill
  • Phone bill
  • Bank or credit card statement
• The proof of address must include:
  • The date (less than 90 days old).
  • Your full name (first, middle and last names) as it appears on your ID.
  • Your home address as indicated in your Western Union online profile.
  • The issuing company’s name and logo.

IMPORTANT: Make sure your documents are valid (not expired). Only the original document will be accepted.
