    1. Register for free

    Joining the My WUSM program is fast and free and can save you time and money. You can enroll online at WU.com, or at any participating agent location. If you already use WU.com or our app to send money, you can simply opt-in to the My WU program from your settings.

    Earn 5 points for every money transfer you send. Plus, enjoy special opportunities to earn bonus points when you send throughout the year.

    How to redeem points

    At wu.com
    • Log in to your Western Union profile.
    • Choose the Menu icon at the top of the screen and select ‘My WU Rewards’ from the dropdown.
    • Your My WU℠ number and available points will be displayed automatically.
    • Choose ‘Redeem Rewards’. Your reward options will display.
    • Select your reward and choose ‘Redeem Reward’.
    On the My WU portal
    • Access the portal using your Last Name and either your My WU℠ Number or unique email address.
    • Navigate to the ‘Rewards’ section of the page.
    • Select the reward you would like to redeem.
    • Click the ‘Redeem now’ button.
    In the app
    • Open the app and log in.
    • Go to My WU℠ in the Menu.
    • Choose ‘Redeem Points’.
    • Your rewards options will be displayed.
    • Select your reward and choose ‘Redeem Reward’.
